Types of SINSTAR Solventless Laminators
The equipment has only one composite workstation, with a more compact structure and simpler operation, making it suitable for medium and small production volumes or the composite requirements of specific materials.

The multi-station solventless laminator is specifically engineered for efficient multi-layer lamination. Equipped with multiple independent laminating units, the machine can complete three- or four-layer structures in a single pass, significantly reducing production cycles while ensuring more uniform coating and superior bonding quality. We currently offer three-station and four-station models.

It takes up little space and has low energy consumption, making it very suitable for factories or laboratories with limited space. It is suitable for small-batch production and is more cost-effective. Although it is smaller in size, it still uses solvent-free adhesives, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

Ordering Process
Step 1: Inquiry & Quotation
Customers send an inquiry via email or our platform, covering product feasibility, lead time, and pricing. Our sales team reviews the request and issues a formal quotation valid for 7–15 business days to protect against currency and material price fluctuations.
Step 2: Order Confirmation, Contract & Proforma Invoice
Once the customer accepts the quote, a purchase contract is signed and a Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued as the basis for payment and production scheduling.
Step 3: Deposit Received & Production Arranged
Once the deposit is confirmed in our account, a production order is issued to the factory and progress is monitored closely. Any risk of delay is communicated to the customer proactively.
Step 4: Inspection, Balance Payment & Shipment
After customer inspection and balance payment, we initiate shipment. The export logistics are coordinated at least two weeks in advance, leaving one week of buffer for factory dispatch.
Step 5: After-Sales Support
After shipment, we proactively share the estimated arrival date and prepare all relevant after-sales materials. Installation and commissioning support by our engineers can be arranged upon request.
