Introduction

WRJ i9-1300A is a 2-layer solventless laminating machine specially designed for the flexible packaging industry. It adopts environmentally friendly and efficient solventless bonding technology and is used to laminate two different materials (such as plastic film, metallized film, aluminum foil, paper, etc.) into high-performance laminating film. This machine features high production capacity, stability and environmental friendliness, and is an important piece of equipment in modern packaging material production lines.

    The WRJ i9-1300A adopts a solventless composite process, eliminating the need for ovens and solvent recovery systems. This can reduce energy consumption and operating costs, while improving the production environment.

    The equipment can be configured and adjusted in terms of width, unwinding configuration and some functional modules according to the actual production needs. The specific plan can be confirmed according to the project requirements.

    For applications with multi-layer (≥3 layers) structures, special functional composites or extremely high barrier requirements, it is usually more recommended to choose models with higher configurations or multi-layer composites. We also have three-layer and four-layer laminating machines to choose.

    For the conventional application of double-layer solventless lamination, the order change process is relatively simplified, and the cleaning time is controllable, which helps to reduce downtime and improve the utilization rate of the production line.
