Solventless Lamination for Food Packaging

Sinstar has been engineering solventless lamination machines since 2005. Today, our equipment operates in food packaging facilities across 30+ countries, producing everything from snack pouches to retort-ready meal bags. By eliminating solvent entirely from the process, our machines remove the risk of chemical migration into food and eliminate the overhead of drying ovens, exhaust systems, and solvent recovery units.
