Introduction

A hard dry laminating machine is an industrial device that uses heat-curing adhesives (usually solid or high-solid-content adhesives) to achieve material lamination under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It belongs to a type of Dry Lamination technology.
Compared with traditional solvent-based lamination, the entire process does not use or almost does not use solvents. Through heating rollers and lamination systems, the adhesive melts and solidifies, thereby firmly bonding two or more layers of substrates. Used for high strength, heat resistance, high corrosion resistance requirements of packaging materials production: aluminum foil composite film, industrial insulation materials, functional thin films, electronic film, food, medicine packaging laminated material, etc.
